Congenital Heart Defect Awareness week is February 7-14th. Our Mended Little Hearts group had a photo shoot with about 15 kids from our group. We are spreading awareness through these pictures and the kids are rocking their scars!
This one is my absolute favorite of Thad. He melts my heart!

There are 3 Angels in our MLH group and we wanted to do something special for them. We had the siblings hold pictures of them and I love this one of Thad and Emma. When I told Thad we were doing a photo shoot and he was going to take a picture with Emma, he said "Is she coming down from Heaven?" It stopped me in my tracks and was the sweetest thing. Our boys might have never met Emma on this earth but the love they show for her is so real.
