T-ball

Thad had his first t-ball game last weekend.  We weren't sure what to expect after the practice he had but he did really good! They give you 5 pitches and if you don't hit it then you can hit it off the tee.

His first pitch he hit the ball by the 3rd pitch.  He ran really good to first base! In practice after he hit the ball he just stood there and then basically walked to first base!  It must of been the cheering from everyone that made him run this time!

Adam is helping the coach so he was there on first base to greet Thad :)

It's funny to watch Thad in the outfield.  He mostly just stands there and plays with his hands or moves back and forth.  The ball came to him and he just looked at it.  He is funny but I don't think he's going to be our sports player!

Excited to watch the rest of his games this summer!

It's been awhile.....

I have been a slacker on blogging! Here is a recap of the past few months!

Here is Andrew's one month picture.  He looks so small looking back and now he is a chunk!

His first smile :)

The boys are so good with their brother.  They want to hold and kiss him all day long.

Easter

Me and my boys! It's crazy we have 3 boys.  I wouldn't trade them for anything.  They are all so different and I can't wait to see the men they become.

                                                  Andrew's baptism- April 7th

Andrew's Godparents- John and Catherine.  We met them about 6 years ago and they have been great friends.  They have 6 kids and they are a great Catholic family.  We asked them to be Andrew's Godparents and it's fun to see their kids asking about there God brother Andrew!

We took a few trips to Kansas for a wedding and graduation.  The first trip was back to Hays for my cousin's wedding.  It was Andrew's first trip to KS and meeting a lot of my family.

Cousins-
Thad, Andrew, Shayna, Hannah, Avery, Macie, Ollie, Dawson and Jaelynne

The second trip was to Hutchison for Cole's HS graduation.
Grandma Kathy, Zekke, Maddix, Cole, Jacob, Titus
Gracie, Andrew, Ollie, Thad, Josh, Jude, Tatum and Cora

It was fun getting together with all the family!

Daddy and his boys! It's hard to get a picture of everyone looking!

Andrew at 2 months.  Starting to get chunkier!

Thad had his yearly cardiologist checkup and did great.  He has always been nervous about laying on Dr. beds but he is a big boy and did great.

Dr. Brames said his heart looks good for the age Thad is at.  If he was an active growing 16 year old, he might have to have something done with his heart.  Eventually he will need his coarc ballooned again and will need his Mitral Valve replaced sometime in his life.
Hopefully it's 50 years down the road ;)

We love Dr. Brames!

We've gone to the zoo a few times this summer.  Cheyenne Mt. Zoo just opened their Elephant exhibit so that's fun to go see.

Each summer we get a picture with the bear.
One day I'll post all the pictures for the past 5 years to see how the boys have grown.

We always have to ride the carousel!

Thad graduated from Preschool! He goes to a Catholic School and he is excited to start Kindergarten next year.

Thad got a new bike for graduation! He picked spiderman.

My parents came out for Memorial weekend and we did a few touristy things.
We went to the Manitou Cliff Dwellings.  The kids loved running around.

We also took the Cog railroad up to Pikes Peak.  It was very cold at the top.
We ate a few of the famous doughnuts.  The boys loved the train ride.

3 months!
Shayna stayed with us for 2 weeks.  It was nice having her out here and helping with the 2 little boys.

The AHA heart walk was while Shayna was here.  Unfortunately our heart hero was in Kansas but we walked in memory of Emma and in honor of Thad!

For the past 3 years Thad has gone to Grandma Luci and Papa Steve's house for a week.  He went this year for 10 days.  We missed him like crazy but he had so much fun at Gma's and Papa's house.  They went fishing, swimming, got snoballs, rode the barbie car and played with his cousins.  He cried when he had to come home.  He is a Grandma's boy! He keeps asking when can he go back.

Ollie loves his trucks.  He stacks them and lines them up very nicely.  He is worried about everything falling down.  His favorite word right now is "fall"

Andrew is getting so big! He is 3 1/2 months and is starting to giggle.
He loves looking and smiling at his brothers.

Thad missed Andrew the most while he was gone.  We face timed about 10 times a day!

Ollie turned 2 on June 9th.  He is such a big boy.  We took his front rail off his crib to make a big boy bed.  He didn't get up at all during the night or nap times.  He loves that he can climb in and out by himself.  He waits for us to come in and then he climbs out.

Such a sweet boy!

We got him a bubble lawn mower for his birthday.  He loves bubbles!

We have been swimming a few times. Thad is a little fish and loves to go swimming.

Fun pool times!

Love this little guy so much!

I will keep up on blogging now! Thanks to all those who follow our blog and continue to see our blessings in life!
