Play, play, play

Thad loves playing outside! Every chance he gets he wants to play outside. Today was so nice minus the wind! We went to Hope Depot and got lots of flowers and planted them in all our pots. Thad was a big help and watered them all for us.

Sky ride at the zoo

We went to the zoo last weekend and rode the sky ride. Even though we have been on it before it always scares me with Thad. I have a tight grip on him!

We always have to stop by the big bear and take Thad's picture. Even when he is 16 I'll take his picture by this bear!

Birthday Parties!

Thad's best friend from daycare is Jesse. He turned 2 last week and Thad went to his birthday party. It was a farm theme with cows, horses and sheep all over the walls!

The kids played pin the tail on the cow! Thad knew exactly where the tail went.

For party favors Kecia made the kids shirts with their names on them.

On the back it had E-I-E-I-O. They are very cute!

Jesse got a new basketball goal and the kiddos had fun shooting baskets.

And it wouldn't be complete without one of Thad's famous smiles!!!!!

Happy birthday to Jesse!

Thad's other friend from daycare Holden also turned 2. He had his party at a park so the kids had fun playing on the slides and swings!

This was one of Holden's gifts but Thad decided he would break it in for Holden! He loved it. Once he figured out how to push the button to make it go, he was off! I guess we'll have to get one now.

Star Struck

I met Geoff Stults tonight! Some of the past shows he has been on is 7th Heaven, Wedding Crashers, October Road and is currently in Happy Town. His mom is a Principal in the District I work in. They were in town for her retirement celebration and I got to meet him. He was very down to earth and a nice guy. I think I was so giddy around him and I blurted out a few things!!!! I'm sure he gets that all the time! I think Adam is already sick of me talking about him!

Mother's Day Weekend

We went back to Kansas for Mother's day weekend. We met my parents, brother and sister and the cabin at Cedar Bluff lake. It was a fun time and good weekend!

Of course Thad made his funny face for the pictures.

Thad flew his first kite! All the kids had fun flying their Dora kites.....I think the adults had just as much fun.

We also went for a ride in the Rino. Thad loves to go broom......broom in it!
