Thad is addicted to his binkie or "Dittie" as he calls it. We have to have one on hand at all times or we have a major melt down! It's funny because he doesn't get one at Rhonda's house or even during his nap there. But as soon as we walk through the door he starts calling for dittie, dittie, dittie!!!!! If he sees it on the floor or table when he walks through the door he sprints to it and shoves it in his mouth as fast as he can!

I think this is going to be very hard when we finally take the dittie away. There are times we try to only give it to him at naps and bedtime but then we always seem to give in!!!

Tatum was very much in love with her binkie, too. At around 1 I noticed she'd start spitting it out and just chewing on it. Next thing I knew we could actually leave the house without one. Eventually she tossed it aside all on her own and we never looked back. Maybe Thad will surprise you.
