The AHA Heart walk was a few weekends ago. Thad was in Kansas with my mom still so he missed it :(
Shayna came back with us when we dropped Thad off. She was here for close to 2 weeks! She made signs to carry in the walk. She came up with the idea for Oliver's sign- "I'm riding for my big sister Emma and my big brother Thad." It was cute!
Melissa and I- she is on the leadership team with me for Mended Little Hearts.
Me, Melissa, Chuck and Adie- all part of the leadership team. Chuck was born with a CHD and is now 38 and waiting for a heart transplant. Say some prayers for him if you would.
We had a booth set up for our Mended Little Hearts group. We have these great pictures of our heart kids and a few sentences about them to display at events.

The weather was great and we walked for a great cause.
This is Michelle- she is also part of our MLH group. She was my and Oliver's delivery nurse when he was born! It's fun for her to see him grow up.

Mary and I. We are co-coordinators for Mended Little Hearts. We met in the hospital when Thad was 3 months old and her daughter AnnaSophia was 4 months old. They were both getting heart cath's at Children's Hospital.

We had a great turnout for the Heart walk this year. It's great to be part of such a wonderful organization!
